I am a mid twenties gay guy out on the challenge for a lifetime! I became brutally obsessed with Eat Pray Love the book and hungered for a change in my own life. My life is crazy and out of control all the time I needed balance and purpose. So I am off on my adventure 3 months of “Eat” (Dec – Feb) eating whatever I want, indulging in every sense of the word not just food but culture, life and friends. “Pray” (Mar – Jun) simple living, strict diet, rigorous exercise, meditation and focus on peace. “Love” (July – Sept) focus on giving and bringing love into my life.I have been doing this challenge for one whole year now and still feel I have a lot more to accomplish so I have decided to extend this to a second year!
